FR – Flame Retardant Wires

Our FR Flame Retardant wires are single-core, multi-stranded copper conductors with FR PVC insulation. These wires provide excellent flame retardant properties, ensuring safety and reliability in various applications.

FRLS – Flame Retardant Low Smoke Low Halogen

The FRLS Flame Retardant Low Smoke Low Halogen wires from Polycab are single-core, multi-stranded copper conductors with FRLS PVC insulation. These wires offer excellent flame retardant properties, low smoke emission, and low halogen content, making them ideal for environments where fire safety is critical.

FRZH – Flame Retardant Zero Halogen

Polycab’s FRZH Flame Retardant Zero Halogen wires are single-core, multi-stranded copper conductors with FRZH insulation. These wires provide superior flame retardant properties, low smoke emission, and zero halogen content, meeting RoHS compliance standards for safety and environmental protection.

 

FRLF – Flame Retardant Lead Free

Our FRLF Flame Retardant Lead Free wires are single-core, multi-stranded copper conductors with FRLF PVC insulation. These wires offer excellent flame retardant properties and are RoHS compliant, supporting a green revolution with lead-free materials.

HR FR-LSH – Heat Resistant Flame Retardant Low Smoke Lead Free

The HR FR-LSH Heat Resistant Flame Retardant Low Smoke Lead Free wires from Polycab are single-core, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, low-smoke, PVC insulated industrial cables. With a voltage grade of 1100V and flexible conductors, these wires ensure superior performance and safety in demanding industrial environments.

FRFS – Flame Retardant Fire Survival

Our FRFS Flame Retardant Fire Survival wires are single-core, multi-stranded copper conductors with mica tape insulation and a special compound. These wires provide excellent flame retardance and maintain continuous circuit integrity for up to 3 hours at 950°C in case of fire, ensuring the highest level of safety.

MV Power Cables (3.3kV to 33kV Grade)

  • Testing and Certification : BASEC, KEMA, CPRI, ERDA tested
  • Conductor : Three-core copper or aluminum
  • Screening : Extruded semi-conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for one second)
  • Sheathing : PVC ST2, FR, FRLSH, LSZH inner sheathed, armored/GI steel (aluminum for single-core) flat/round armored, and overall PVC ST2, FR, FRLSH, LSZH sheathed
  • Standards : IS:7098/II/85, IEC 60502-2, BS 7835

Single Core DC Solar Cables

  • Type 1 : Class 5 ATC copper conductor, insulated and sheathed with Electron beam XLPO (TUV approved standard EN-50618).
  • Type 3 : Class 5 Base copper conductor, XLPE insulated and PVC UV stabilized sheathed.

CO AXIAL CABLES

  • Range : RG 59 F, RG 6 F & RG 11 F.
  • Copper/CCS conductor, nitrogen gas injected polyethylene foam insulated, bonded aluminum foil laminated, al-alloy braided, water-resistant jelly flooded, weather-resistant PVC sheathed, 75Ω low loss.

TELEPHONE CABLES

  • Range : 1 pair to 100 pairs x 0.40 mm, 0.50 mm, and 0.63 mm.
  • Solid bare conductor with HDPE insulation and flame retardant jacketing.
  • Properties : Low crosstalk and attenuation.

LAN CABLES

  • Twisted pair, insulated with high-quality polyethylene, unshielded light gray PVC jacket.
