Terms and Conditions
These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the agreement between eNarayan Elex India Pvt. Ltd. ("Seller") and the purchaser ("Buyer"), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Goods Sold
a. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless expressly agreed upon by the Seller.
b. The Seller’s general sales conditions supersede any conflicting conditions of purchase unless explicitly agreed upon by the Seller. - Payment Terms
a. Interest at 18% per annum will be charged on invoices not paid by the due date. Jurisdiction for any legal disputes is in Secunderabad, and the Seller reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover dues.
b. A fee of Rs 2,000/- will be charged for any bounced or returned cheques. - Liability
a. The Seller’s liability ceases once the goods leave the Seller’s premises. Transit liability shall be borne by the customer for goods transported. - Return Policy
a. Products eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. - Credit Note
a. A credit note will be issued for returned products and may be used for future purchases. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
Proforma Invoice & Quotations Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Proforma Invoices and Quotations issued by eNarayan Elex India Pvt. Ltd. ("Seller").
- Quotation
a. The current quotation is based on the specifications provided by the Buyer. Any changes must be communicated in writing before the Purchase Order is issued. - Payment
a. Orders below ₹10 lakhs require 100% advance payment.
b. Orders above ₹10 lakhs require 50% advance payment at the time of order booking and the remaining 50% against the Proforma Invoice (PI) before dispatch. - Inspection and Claims
a. Goods must be inspected upon receipt and any shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues must be reported within 48 hours. - Transit Damage
a. All damages and shortages must be noted on the transporter’s Proof of Delivery (POD) or reported within three (3) days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

eNarayan Elex's liability ceases once goods leave its premises; transit liability for goods in transport is borne by the customer.
